1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming on helslot, you must create a registered player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and a username and password of your choosing. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

12. Termination & Account Closure

helslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where helslot reasonably believes that: (a) a player has violated these Terms; (b) a player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct; (c) a player has breached applicable Philippine law; or (d) account closure is required to comply with a regulatory directive or law enforcement request.

In the event of account closure due to player-initiated self-exclusion or legitimate voluntary closure, helslot will return any withdrawable balance (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to outstanding bonus wagering requirements) to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
